The service
Riby lets AI agents send decision requests to a human through connected channels and wait for an answer. The service includes the web dashboard, channel integrations, API, CLI, and local MCP software Riby makes available.
[REVIEW] Acceptable use
Do not use Riby to break the law, harm another person, interfere with the service, probe accounts or systems without permission, distribute malware, or send abusive or deceptive requests. You are responsible for the agents, credentials, channel accounts, and request content connected to your account.
Default-deny is a safety mechanism, not a guarantee
Unanswered requests deny when their time-to-live expires. This is intentional. You acknowledge that Riby may deny work when you do not answer, a delivery fails, or an agent does not resume correctly. You remain responsible for deciding what your automation may do and for reviewing the consequences of every approval, denial, or answer.

Riby is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riby and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. A single-operator service
Riby is an indie product built and operated by one developer, Sivaram. Support, maintenance, and incident response do not come from a staffed enterprise team.

You may stop using Riby at any time and may request account deletion. Riby may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, security risk, or conduct that harms the service or other users. Account deletion deactivates access immediately and hard-deletes the account after 30 days.
